Customer Comments Exciting News from MeMe (Brenda Strong)"Hey by the way, we met with HEB today. They are going to take 4 of our regular flavors and 3 of the Sugar Free, possibly the Boursin Cheese Mix and the pickles!!!!! This will be for all of the 20 Houston area "Choice/Plus" stores only. These are just below Central Market. We are sooooo excited!" A happy customer from Houston, Texas had this to say: "Each year at my annual Christmas party, I make a dip, mixing pepper jelly with whipped cream cheese. This year I mixed the cream cheese with MeMe's Hot Pepper with Cherries jelly. It was a huge hit! I got more comments this year on the dip than ever before. Thank you for a delicious product!" Another satisfied customer from Irving, Texas wrote: "Hello, I recent purchased some peach amaretto at the Texas State Fair. I went to your web site for some ideas on how to use it, other than on toast of course. I was disappointed that you did not have any recipes including your products. I hope you add that to your wonderful site soon. You may get more sales in giving people ideas on how to use your jams and jellies other than for toast. Just my little two cents worth of a comment. Thank you for making such a high quality product." This customer comments on rating our services: "Price Rating: Excellent Shipping Options Rating: Excellent Delivery Rating: Excellent Ease Of Purchase Rating: Excellent Customer Service Rating: Excellent I was most impressed with a follow up personal call I received from the owner of this company making sure I was completely satisfied. This is by the far the BEST company I have dealt with online. In addition, I would urge anyone who has not tried their products to do so, You will not regret it. Keep up the good work!" One customer compares and writes: "These are truly the best jellies I have ever had, and my grandmother used to make some, and God love her, yours are better! LOL" A question about one of our recipes: "Hi Meme, I just love your Jams and Jelly's. I have a question about your Apple Pizazz Yams recipe. At what temperature do you bake the Yams and for how long?" Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. If you are using real yams, bake at 300 to 325 degrees for approximately one hour.
